Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we only deliver to the mainland UK and.
How long does delivery take?
Most of the orders sent by First class or Recorded delivery should be delivered the next working day. These are not guaranteed services and Royal Mail advises that delivery can take up to five working days.
Can I come and pick up my parcel?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a collection facility. Therefore all orders placed on QuickInks.co.uk will be dispatched from our warehouse and can not be collected.
What do you charge for delivery?
All orders over £10.00 are delivered FREE of charge. For orders under £10.00 we charge a delivery fee of £1.50 per cartridge. All delivers are made by Royal Mail 1st Class post or by Recorded Delivery depending on the size/value of the order.

ORDERING
How do I place an order?
All orders must be place on the QuickInks.co.uk website. We do not accept telephone orders at this time. The easiet way to find your cartridge is to use our SEARCH function at the top of any page. You can search by your printer model or by your cartridge code.
How can I find the correct cartridge/toner for my printer?
You can search for the correct cartridges/toner using the printer model or cartridge code.
The printer model number can be found on the printer itself. It is normally a combination of a series name and model number. eg. Epson Stylus C42, Canon Pixma iP4200 etc.
Similarly, the cartridge/toner code can be found on the cartridge/toner itself. You may also find a list of these consumables in the printer manual or on your printer manufacturers website.
Select the printer manufacturer eg. Epson inkjet / HP toner and search for the model number / product code.
If you don’t find any results for your printer model, it doesn’t mean that we don't stock cartridges/toner for it. It simply means that your printer model is not listed on our website and the cartridge/toner you are looking for is listed under some other printer model number. Try to search with product code.

Do you offer any special discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts from time to time and these will be listed on our NEWS pages. All customers automatically receive 5% off all future orders with us and we offer special discounts of upto 5% off for any orders due to a recomendation you have given.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Cheque, Postal Order, Debit/Credit card, Nochex or PayPal accounts.
Do you accept orders by phone?
No, at this time we are unable to accept any orders by phone. All orders must be placed via our website.
Do you store my card details?
No, Quick Inks does not collect any card numbers or any credit card information. All payments are handled by PayPal or Nochex. No financial details you give will ever be stored on this site.
Is it safe to provide my card details on your website?
Placing your order with Quick Inks is safe. All card transaction are processed by PayPal or Nochex on our behalf and we never have access to your card details. You will notice that when you come to the section where you enter your card details that the page will start with https:// and a key or padlock icon will be shown in your browser. This indicates that the card details you are entering are encrypted.
